One of the most hip and cool local cafes in Erbil, awkwardly beside a cemetery but great vibe inside, good service, and suits all generations. Lots of local musicians, artists, university students, and intellectual/artistic community members seem to hang out there.

I've been looking for a quiet cafe where I can tuck myself in a space and just study. This cafe was great, since there were many rooms to choose from and an outdoor space as well. Drinks were great and prices were on par or under other cafes. I enjoyed the decor and pride in Kurdish culture. _______ I've been back a few times... A few things I would change... 1. I wish there was no smoking inside. 2. Sometime staff isn't around or difficult to find. 3. Have payment indoors.

Wonderful place indeed, the atmosphere is amazing and the design I don't know how to describe it, quite place sometimes some young people start playing music or sing but if you don't like that you can sit outside which also has a great atmosphere.

I didn't try the food, which is why I can't provide a rate. However, the place is amazing. I was extremely glad to see such a cosy, cultural, traditional place. It is a hidden gem that I only knew after around 9 months of my presence in Erbil. The interior design is unmistakable. Books are available to read and buy. Also, some other traditional items are available for sale. The waiters are nice. I will definitely pay a second, third and more visits.
